Complaints and Professional Conduct – ICCRC-CRCIC

Complaints and Professional Conduct

As the Canadian regulator of immigration consultants, the ICCRC investigates complaints and other matters where a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC):
  • May have, or has broken a law that is relevant to the ethical practice of his/her profession,
  • May have failed to comply fully with the Code of Professional Ethics or an ICCRC Regulation
The results of an investigation are reviewed by the ICCRC Complaints Committee, which decides whether a matter is serious enough to be referred to the Discipline Committee for a hearing.
