Tribunal Committee Rules of ProcedureTribunal Committee Rules of Procedure
Disciplinary proceedings before the ICCRC Tribunal Committee include hearings, motions (short hearings), and appeals. Proceedings currently before the Tribunal are listed below and published pursuant to ICCRC’s Publication PolicyPublication Policy. These proceedings involve complaints that were investigated and then reviewed by both the ICCRC Complaints Committee and a lawyer who found that there was evidence to support that the Member had breached the Code of Professional Ethics or an ICCRC Regulation. For that reason the complaint was referred to the Discipline Committee for a hearing.
In urgent cases, where the complaint alleges serious offences or the member is subject to multiple complaints, the Discipline Committee may impose an interim order (e.g. suspension) and the review of the complaint will be expedited.
Notices are removed from the chart below once the matter is resolved. See our PAST DECISIONS for information on these completed proceedings.
Please note that the allegations below have not yet been proven.
In accordance with our Publication PolicyPublication Policy, information identifying the complainants, clients and other unrelated third parties contained in the Notices is redacted for privacy reasons. The Member receives an unredacted version of all documents.
Where proceedings are conducted only in either English or French, ICCRC does not translate the Notices of Referrals, Notices of Hearings, or related Tribunal notices into the other official language.
