Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is required to complete 16 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually by participating in a number of ICCRC approved activities that are of actual Canadian immigration content. CPD hours do not include practice management education currently offered by ICCRC.

Due to COVID-19, our staff are working remotely and are unable to process paper submissions at this time. However, as soon as our offices reopen, we will resume the processing of 2019 CPD submissions. In order to expedite the process and to avoid penalties as per section 17 of the CPD RegulationCPD Regulation, we are asking RCICs to self-declare if they have NOT yet submitted their 2019 CPD hours by writing to cpd@iccrc-crcic.cacpd@iccrc-crcic.ca.

We are experiencing technical difficulties with the CPD Event Search function on our website. While we work to resolve the issue, we will be posting a list of the current CPD events on a daily basis.
